Having owned and operated numerous family businesses, Exit Realty was the obvious choice for Mark and Teresa Stelling. 

The Stellings were drawn to Brevard by the world renowned trout waters of the Davidson River. "We're a family of trout fishermen,"  they say.  After several vacations to Davidson River Campground to indulge themselves, the Stellings began toying with the idea of moving to Brevard.  "Our kids loved the idea, so we decided to do it!"  Following their move and a mini-retirement, as they call it, Mark and Teresa got bored.  A good friend of Teresa's encouraged her to explore a career in Real Estate and the rest is history!  Mark and Teresa, operating as a husband-wife team, have already closed numerous buyer side sales and listing side sales.  Now that is a fast start!!  Not ony have Mark and Teresa hit the ground running with buyers and sellers, they have already sponsored in a new agent (and will soon be enjoying profit share monies).

Teresa's background is in accounting, and she worked for several law firms.  She and Mark married in 1984.  She worked in the distribution business along with Mark until they moved to Brevard.
